Welcome to the Dead Poets Society.

The Dead Poets Society (DPS) is a long standing casual raiding Horde guild on the Durotan server.  We're a well organized guild, with a lot of history, and a lot of loyal players,  for whom we're very thankful to have.   Our guild atmosphere is friendly and respectful perhaps despite the odds.  DPS has been around long enough that our in-game interactions have lead to bi-annual RL gatherings.  While we're not slaying imaginary dragons in game, we've been known to slay beer bottles in our offtime.  Empty Calories are epic too.

We are currently working on Icecrown Citadel, with our main focus on 25m raiding. Our ultimate goal is Arthas on Heroic.

We do require raiding members to be on time and prepared, and knowledgeable about their class and about the encounters.  We do require all our members to be respectful of others. Unless of course, they are a Gnome.

We are recruiting the following classes and/or spec for raid teams:

• Druid (Resto, Boomkin, Kat)
• Hunter
• Mage
• Paladin (Holy, Prot, Ret)
• Priest (Holy, Disc, Shadow)
• Rogue
• Shaman (Resto, Ele, Enh)
• Warlock
• Warrior

Please understand that no other applications will be accepted at this time and an armory check will be done to verify class, spec and gear. 

Not interested in raiding and just want to hang out with the coolest kids on Durotan?  No problem just drop an application in and don't enter a raid team name.
