Welcome to the Dead Poets Society.

The Dead Poets Society (DPS) is a long standing casual raiding Horde guild on the Durotan server.  We're a well organized guild, with a lot of history, and a lot of loyal players,  for whom we're very thankful to have.   Our guild atmosphere is friendly and respectful perhaps despite the odds.  DPS has been around long enough that our in-game interactions have lead to bi-annual RL gatherings.  While we're not slaying imaginary dragons in game, we've been known to slay beer bottles in our offtime.  Empty Calories are epic too.

We are currently working on Ulduar, with our main focus on 25m raiding. Our ultimate goal is Arthas on Heroic.

We do require raiding members to be on time and prepared, and knowledgeable about their class and about the encounters.  We do require all our members to be respectful of others. Unless of course, they are a Gnome.

Good work on our first two nights. We're still after some higher DPS and we all need to be more accountible for our actions, but we've made some very positive strides.

Whilst the general masses continue to gear up in 25m Maly/FlameLev/Naxx, the progression team this week has downed 6 new bosses - KG, IC, Ari, Hodir, Freya, Ig.

This marks 9/14 bosses, with more on the way.  With any luck, we'll be able to apply these same strats to 25m raiding in short fashion.

Good work so far in our first full week of raiding, to accomplish 25m Naxx, Maly, Sarth, Flame Lev, 10m Naxx and Ulduar runs in 1 week is phenomenal in my book.
